Her mother began and built a successful firm in Concord, NH when Catherine was young, so it should come as no surprise that Catherine followed suit and has become an outstanding Realtor in her own right. An Art History Major at the University of Virginia, Catherine worked in sales in the art world for 3 years in Vail, CO, and New York, NY giving her an eye and appreciation for art, décor, and design. She earned her Real Estate license in 2006, and has been a consistent multi-million producer since. Her excellent reputation led to an appointment to The Concord Board of Realtors Board of Directors. She believes it is important to give back to her community and has volunteered for the Cancer Center and the Hospice House at Concord Hospital, and was on the Board of The Junior Service League of Concord. Catherine believes her positive attitude, persistence and excellent communication skills lead to happy clients, and are contributing factors to her success. She specializes in buyer and seller representation, new and resale homes, relocation, and multi-family properties. She lives in Chapel Hill with her husband, Brian, who was born and raised here, and their black lab, Belle.

Phone: (919)730-5318Send Mike a message.Originally from Carteret County located on the beautiful North Carolina coast, Mike entered UNC-Chapel Hill in 1971 and loved the southern part of heaven so much that he decided to make Chapel Hill his home after graduating in 1975.
The majority of Mike’s career centered around the homebuilding industry in and around central North Carolina since 1975, beginning as a sales representative with Triangle Brick Company, working with developers, homebuilders, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors throughout the Triangle. He became the Director of Sales-Carolinas for Triangle Brick in 1997 at which time the company entered an aggressive expansion and growth period that saw the company become the largest manufacturer and seller of brick in North Carolina. During his career in the brick industry he was very active in the Durham-Chapel Hill Home Builders Association serving as a Director for many years and receiving their Associate of the Year award in 1985. Mike also served the local community as a member of the Orange County Planning Board in the late 80’s and was also a member and eventually President of the Chapel Hill Jaycees helping to raise funds for such worthy causes as the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center, the American Heart Association, and many other local charities and causes.
A commercial broker since 2004, Mike has enjoyed helping a variety of clients both large and small with their leasing and brokerage needs, assisting in their residential and land needs as well.

After beginning his real estate sales career in 1987 with Weaver Street Realty in Carrboro, Kevin and his wife, Vicki, founded a residential land development and sales company, Christopher Road Realty, in 1990. In 1996, Kevin purchased a minority interest in Chapel Hill Realty Group from founder, John Cates, and, in 2000, assumed full ownership of the firm and began assembling the current ownership team. During his 23 year real estate career, Kevin has developed over 300 residential lots, been a partner in multi-family and commercial projects, consistently been a multi-million dollar sales producer, managed real estate sales staffs, owned a surveying firm, and participated in the construction of numerous single-family homes.
